Sanitizing treatments for your ductwork
Bryan's Power-Vac offers two sanitizer-type treatments for your ductwork, EnviroCON and OXINE HVAC. Both are manufactured by Bio-Cide International Inc. and both are EPA registered products.
Before any sanitizer or deoderizer may be applyed you must have your HVAC system thoroughly cleaned. If your system was not professionally cleaned then sanitizing your system may not be beneficial. It is important that your system be thoroughly clean before applying OXINE-HVAC. OZINE-HVAC is applied using a fogger and is sprayed in your return lines. Our technicians are required to wear a respirator during the process and you will be required to leave your home for 2 hours. Sanitizing is different from deoderizing. Many companies advertise sanitizing but do not require you to leave your home. This is because they are deoderizing.
Important information about OXINE-HVAC:
OXINE-HVAC is registered by the EPA specifically for the sanitation of HVAC systems and duct work. As a pioneering product in critical point microbial control, OXINE-HVAC is scientifically-proven effective against Legionella pneumophila, Aspergillus fumigatus, Staphylococcus aureus, Mycobacterium bovis (Tuberculosis) and numerous other disease-causing organisms. In addition, OXINE-HVAC eliminates these and many other microbial concerns in a matter of seconds then breaks down into simple table salt. In addition to its EPA registration, OXINE is approved by the FDA and USDA to ensure the user of its efficacy and safety. The solution is clear, stable and virtually odorless allowing OXINE to be stored and transported without special consideration. One of OXINE-HVAC's trademark qualities is its safety rating by the EPA because of its low toxicity. Rated as a category lll, OXINE-HVAC does not leave an active chemical residue, and quickly degrades to simple table salt. OXINE-HVAC does not use any propellants or flammable ingredients, enhancing its safety qualities. OXINE-HVAC is a NO-RINSE product, making it very easy to apply. Once OXINE-HVAC is applied, it dries leaving the system virtually residue-free.

Deoderizing
EnviroCon HVAC - EnviroCon works to control odors associated with bacteria, mold, mildew, animals, smoke, etc.
It contains no perfumes or masking agents. It's environmentally safe, and EPA registered specifically for use in commercial, industrial, and residential air systems.
Excellent when sprayed in HVAC system or intake of your auto A/C system. Available in mint scented or unscented.
